The main group of investors targeted by the Fund are small and medium investors with incomes above the country average with good investment culture with mainly savings rather than speculative investment objectives and institutional investors wishing to diversify their own portfolio.

Municipal Bank Balanced MF is intended for persons (individuals, companies and NPO’s, institutions) that:

  • Are willing to take moderate investment risk, which may enable them to achieve yields higher than those of the instruments traditionally considered as more secure, such as government securities or bank deposits;
  • Wish to have secure and quick liquidity without this affecting the investment gain realized;
  • Are willing to invest funds in the long run;
  • Wish to diversify risk in their own portfolio;
  • Want their money managed by professionals in the financial markets.

We believe that the shares in Municipal Bank Balanced MF are suitable for Bulgarian and foreign individuals and legal entities and institutions wishing to invest a part of their funds in financial markets, in a diversified product composed of both stocks and debt securities and money market instruments, at a moderate level of risk and opportunity to achieve higher yields than under government securities and bank deposits in the long run.
